Spatial Philosophy
& Architectural Research
Studio D-94 operates at the convergence of pure architectural geometry, photometric physics, and emotive spatial storytelling. We sculpt unbuilt masterworks into hyper-tangible realities for world-renowned architects, institutions, and visionary developers.
"We do not merely render buildings; we simulate the emotional atmospheric truth of unbuilt spatial geometry before the first stone is laid."
Founded by architect Elena Vance and visualization pioneer Henrik Lindqvist, Studio D-94 emerged from a fundamental dissatisfaction with superficial CGI clichés. True architecture cannot be communicated through generic lighting presets and synthetic gloss; it requires deep understanding of structural mass, solar declination, seasonal humidity, and tactile material aging.
Our bureau maintains dedicated ateliers in Zurich, Abu Dhabi, and Milan. Each studio contributes specialized regional expertise—from sub-polar alpine glare and brutalist concrete detailing in Switzerland, to hyper-arid sandstone thermal physics in the Gulf, and artisanal Italian craftsmanship and stone extraction in Lombardy.
By treating visualization as an extension of the architectural drafting table rather than mere post-production, we empower ateliers to evaluate volumetric daylighting, material junctions, and civic scale with rigorous scientific precision.

Four Immutable Principles
Guiding Every Frame
Reductive Monoliths
We eliminate decorative noise to celebrate primary structural geometry, deep shadow voids, and unyielding volumetric clarity.
Photometric Truth
Every sun angle and artificial luminaire is calibrated to authentic astronomical coordinates, Kelvin color temperatures, and real-world candela.
Microscopic Materiality
Surfaces breathe with tactile imperfections—concrete formwork seams, timber fissures, and mineral caustics down to 0.2mm precision.
Atmospheric Dialogue
Architecture belongs to its landscape. We simulate real maritime mist, alpine snowfall, or desert dust particulate scattering.
